The K1 visa process consists of two parts: the first part is filing the petition and getting it approved by the USCIS and the second part is for the Lady to attend an interview in the embassy of the United States of America in the capital of Ukraine - Kyiv once your petition is approved and sent to Ukraine.

With the Fiance visa Assistance service we will help your Lady to fill out all the necessary forms that are required from the Lady to complete the petition that you will be sending to USCIS, collect the necessary documents and have them translated and certified by a public notary and take the visa picture. Once the package of the Lady's documents is ready, we will send it to you via FedEx or another express mail delivery company.

Once USCIS approves your petition and sends the package of the documents to the US embasssy in Ukraine, we will help the lady fill out the DS160 on-line form and also help her schedule the medical examination and the interview at the embassy.

The cost of the Fiance visa Assistance service is USD 600. If there is a K2 visa applicant (your Lady's child) there is an additional USD 100 charge.
